Blue's momma came to our farm for breeding 6 years ago. A year later when her previous owner invited me to come see this baby it was love at first sight!! I informed her at that time that if she ever decided to sell Blue that I would buy her. So 4 years later I did just that. Blue has everything I like in a donkey. She is heavy boned, short coupled, nice round behind, beautiful legs and Indy's short and attractive head. We are thrilled to add her to our group of select brood jennets and will be breeding her to our Red Herd Sire, Hot Tamale, in the Fall of 2011.

Sheba is everything I love when I look at a donkey. She is absolutely gorgeous. Sheba is very small and square with beautiful straight legs and a super disposition. I bought her when she was just 3 weeks old. Her beautiful face melts my heart. She is a fantastic addition to my group of future broodjennets. I hope to show her this year too. Her sire, Dynamite, stood Grand Champion Jack and Best of Breed at the 2006 North California Miniature Donkey Show.

This little dark spotted jennet is a niece to two ACOSA Grand National Champions, Alanis and Monty. Monty was also the NMDA Grand National Gelding in 2003. Jammie grows more beautiful everyday and is a very sweet young lady. I may have to find the time to "show" her as she is definitely "stunning".

We were anxiously awaiting this foal since her full brother "Hot Tamale" (our future red herdsire) is the most fantastic donkey we have ever laid our eyes on. We were very surprised when "Silly" was born to see a black donkey out of this combination. She is however very compact and correct and a definite keeper. Silly is a total pocket donkey and won't leave anyone alone for a second. She is the main attraction when visitors show up and everyone wants to take her home. Maybe I should start locking my gate!

I first laid eyes on this tiny spotted girl at the Red Bluff donkey show last September. Chris Schwagerl of Wannabe Ranch in Oregon was showing her and she won the spotted class. She was the cutest little donkey at the show. I begged Chris at that time to sell her to me but, of course, her answer was "no". She did promise me that if she ever did decide to sell her I would have the first chance to buy her. Well here she is and I am tickled to pieces to add her to my herd.  In a few years I plan to breed her to my tiny future jet black with white muzzle herd sire "Wannabe Ranch Rainier" who stands just 27" tall at one year.

Tomahawk certainly did well by us with his last foal to be born on our farm. Honey is drop dead gorgeous and perfect as can be!! She will be a fantastic addition to anyone's herd and will be a real showstopper in the ring! It will take a lot of bribing to get me to part with her.
