Grand Sire: Dodge City's Dynamite, 31" Brown
Grand Dam: Dodge City's Haystack Honey, 33" Brown

Tuxedo is a very nice black jennet. She has that wonderful over friendly disposition that seems to be present in all of her siblings. She is also a full sister to DCM Jack of Spades who is the sire of Future Link. Tuxedo was bred to Dewey Meadows Total Eclipse for a May 2006 foal, so watch for an outstanding baby. And an outstanding baby she is!! Mossy Oak's "Cara Mia" was born on May 28th, 2006. She is solid black and a real beauty!!

  Dam: Gray-Dun Jennet
     Grand Sire: Untraced
     Grand Dam: Untraced

Molly doesn’t have much of a pedigree but her beautiful face and gentle personality are what made me fall in love with her.  She is a wonderful mother.  She is pictured here with the first baby born on our farm, Patience.   Molly is bred to Indy for a Spring 2007 foal.  This should be a gorgeous combination and give us a very dark black/brown baby. Update! Molly foaled a darling, tiny jennet "Mossy Oak's Tinkerbelle" on May 11, 2007.

Dam: My World Bunny,32" Dark Red
Grand Sire: Ass-Pirin Acres Adniamo, 32½" Dark Red
Grand Dam: Pine Grove Farm Trifle, 33½" Dark Red

Roanie is a very "heads up" jack foal with the most gorgeous big eyes! He has a nice chest and straight legs, perfect bite and good bone. Chasing the wild turkeys and the cats is one of his favorite sports. But then he always runs right back to get hugs and rubs. Roanie is an exceptional little boy and will make a nice herd sire or a wonderfully sweet and handsome gelding. Don't pass this little guy up as he gets stockier and more lovable every day! All of my babies get along great with dogs too as my two labs hang out with me in the barn every day and think it is their job to babysit and play with the foals.

Dodge City Miniatures Queen of Spades

Cue-ey, as we call her, is a full sister to the famous Dodge City Miniatures Jack of Spades who sired MGF Future Link and many other Champions. She is the most love hungry donkey I have ever seen. She actually leans against you and wraps her head around you to keep you from hugging anyone but her. It is too early to tell how she will fill out but we have great expectations for her. Cue-ey foaled a nice smoky black jack on St. Patrick's Day, 2007. Lucky Charm can be seen on our 'for sale' page.

Lily came to us with Lucky Charm and Margarita. Lily is 35" tall and has nice straight legs and the prettiest face ever. She is very lovable and sweet. She has an underbite and is therefore being sold as a pet instead of a breeding quality jennet. She is very attached to her friend, Margarita, so if you buy Lily you can have an added bonus (Margarita) for free. Margarita is over 20 years old, 33½ inches tall, not registered, she has wonderful conformation but she does have a large fallen crest.

Dam: Windcrest Little Josie,29½" Very Dk Brn
Grand Sire: DM Primo, 32¾" Dk Brown/White Spot
Grand Dam: Gladybrooke Liberty, 30" Gray-Dun

Another surprise! Silvie is the tiniest little thing and a most unusual color!! She is not a gray dun at all. She is a very pale silver with a white throatlatch and lots of white on her legs. Black cross and stripe and several garters down her back legs. Darker face but with light muzzle. Very unique and the sweetest little girl! Good bone structure yet so petite and fragile that she already injured her front knee. So she and momma are stalled until she gains her strength.

Dam: Belle Rio Sydney, 33½" Brown
Grand Sire: Belle Rio Jimbo, 31
½" Dark Brown
Grand Dam: Belle Rio Katie, 34" Brown

Pavi may not be tiny but he definitely has all the qualities necessary for a knockout "show" boy! He has a wide chest, straightest set of legs ever and a gorgeous head. Very handsome and all around perfect! But then what else would we expect from a Grand Champion Mom? So why did we name him Pavarotti? 10 minutes after he was born he made his first attempt to "sing!" And he practices everyday. He will be too tall for a herdsire but will make a knockout cart donkey! Or a wonderful, lovable pet!!

Tinkerbelle is a stocky, compact and very correct little jennet. She should not mature at much more than 31 inches or so. Tink is a real pocket donkey. Loves affection and gives plenty of it back. Her Dam, who we call Molly, was my first jennet and is a very mellow, patient donkey. And her sire, Tomahawk, is a gorgeous boy with a sweet, loving temperament.      Grand Dam: Lucky C June Bug, Rose-Dun

Deja Vu is our second "bottle baby" out of Sweet Pea. She is very drafty, compact and square. She has that same long, thick fur as her dam. Friendly is a major understatement with Jaja. She thinks I am her mother and that she belongs in the house. Whatever gave her that idea? Jaja is for sale! Visit our 'for sale' page for more information.

March 10, 2006 4:15am
Birth Height: 21½"

Sire: Goulet Ranch Independence Day
31" Dark Brown

Dam: Mossy Oaks Sweet Pea
32½" Rose-Gray

This little boy has a fantastic personality, good looks and great conformation. He should mature under 32 inches. He had a bit of a rough start as his momma "Not So Sweet Pea", being a first time mom and all, decided she didn't want a baby after all. So he is a bottle baby. Or a bucket baby now. He will be available earlier than most since weaning him will not be an issue. He is best buddies with our black lab (who loves to steal his leftover milk) and is a very affectionate, playful little boy. See Buddy's Story in the Jan/Feb/Mar 2007 Issue of Miniature Donkey Talk Magazine!
